Tenant Information


Building Access

Building hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00am-6:30pm.  Please note that our buildings are closed on New Year’s Day (observed), Memorial Day, Independence Day (observed), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (observed).  Buildings are accessible after hours, weekends, and holidays with your electronic access card.  Please contact your company manager or other designated person in your office if you need an access card.
 
Service Requests

For service and access card requests, and property management or building concerns, please go to the Tenant Services tab at the top of the page and enter a work order.  For fire, police, or medical emergencies, please call 911.

Amenity Requests

To request use of the outdoor amenities or conference rooms, please go to the Tenant Services tab at the top of the page and enter a Resource Schedule request. 

Deliveries

Our buildings do not have loading docks.  Please notify the property management office of larger deliveries, and remember that pallet jacks, moving carts and heavy use dollies are allowed only when masonite is used to protect common area flooring.  All moves or deliveries that tie up elevators or lobbies MUST be scheduled with the property management office.

Vendors

Tenants that arrange for an outside contractor to perform work in your suite or on your behalf, such as caterers, painters, mechanical services for supplemental IT/server HVAC units, etc., must provide their vendor’s valid Certificate of Insurance.  Please see the Documents tab for COI requirements and send the completed copy of the COI to makefieldcrossing@rpoperations.com.


USPS, FedEx & UPS Box Locations

On the North campus USPS, FedEx and UPS boxes are located on the east side of the 1020 building.  On the South campus a USPS box is located between the 770 and 780 buildings.
